Welcome to Shelton's Primary Education Center (Shelton’s) Preschool for children ages 2 to 5 years old. Shelton’s Primary Education Center opened as a preschool program in 1971.  Shelton’s is a private, non-profit organization that endows children with positive self-esteem, character and a sense of purpose by offering a culturally relevant curriculum in a nurturing environment.
